Shelfsite – Fast and Secure Shelf Company Reservations

Shelfsite is our proprietary online platform that offers a simple and transparent process for
reserving ready-made shelf companies.

Through the platform, registered users can browse available companies with complete documentation (articles of association, bank account agreements, VAT registration certificates), download documents for review, and reserve a selected company online.

What does a Shelfsite company include?

Each company available on Shelfsite is a fully registered entity, ready for immediate acquisition. Standard package includes:

• Full registration in the National Court Register (KRS)
• VAT registration
• Registered office address in Warsaw
• Active bank accounts (PLN, EUR, VAT)
• Articles of association in notarial form
• No business history or financial liabilities
• Option to modify all registration data

Our additional services available upon request are updates to KRS registration and to the Central Register of Beneficial Owners (CRBR), PESEL number and qualified electronic signature, registered office address, electronic delivery inbox management, HR and accounting services.
